Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing. No modifications are possible once an order is in processing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking is available.

Shipping is separate from processing time, and both happen during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Once your order ships, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for delivery.

No. Depending on the destination, customs fees and import requirements may apply. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout, and the customer is responsible for any fees related to customs or orders held due to import restrictions. No refunds will be issued for abandoned shipments.

It happens! Once tracking shows movement, USPS and UPS both offer package intercept services — you can request that the package be held at a local access point or redirected before final delivery.

We ship internationally, with certain exclusions as outlined in our Terms of Service. Your shipment should arrive within 30 days — if it hasn't, please let us know!

You can also order our supplements through Amazon USA. Please note you'll need to go to Amazon's US marketplace and select international shipping — our products won't show up on your local marketplace.

Using USPS or UPS intercept, you can ask the carrier to hold your package at a local access point until you're able to pick it up.

Carriers sometimes create a shipping label before physical pickup — it can take up to 48 hours after label creation for an order to actually ship. If 48 hours have passed with no movement, email us at support@thepatchmethod.com and we'll help track it down.

In some cases it can take up to 48 hours after a "delivered" notification for a package to physically arrive. If it's been longer than that, reach out to the carrier directly or email support@thepatchmethod.com.

The swap feature lets you switch one formula for another in your upcoming subscription — no need to cancel and re-subscribe. Just swap and go.

We're unable to cancel orders once they've entered processing. If you need to modify or cancel an upcoming subscription order, we recommend making changes at least 1–2 business days before your next ship date so we can catch it in time.

It depends on the formula — check each patch page for specific guidance. Here's the quick version: most patches work any time of day, Energy is best worn in the morning, and Glow Up is designed for overnight wear. Beyond that, we encourage you to find your own rhythm. Everybody absorbs a little differently.

Yes — almost all of our patches can be worn together with no issues. A few things to know:

• Energy contains natural caffeine and is best worn earlier in the day if you're sensitive to caffeine.
• Glow Up is designed for overnight wear and works differently from our daytime formulas.
• If wearing multiple patches at once, use a different placement site for each (inner wrist, shoulder, lower back, upper arm) and rotate daily.

As always, listen to your body. If you have questions about combining patches with medications or existing health conditions, talk to your healthcare provider.

Our patches are formulated for adults. We recommend consulting your child's pediatrician before starting any new supplement — patch or otherwise.
